The above blanket was crocheted from cones of very fine yarn. It is soft and so beautiful.

We receive so many letters. I read them during the knitting group. All are wonderful. We recently received a letter that was addressed Dear Sisters in Yarn and we all smiled knowingly! Some letters tell us about what the leftover yarns were used for. Some tell us about the people who used them. Another said that the joy we gain from knitting and crocheting together as a worldwide community of strong women truly connects us! Another said that she couldn't find the right project for the yarn she was sending so it was time to send her "stash out into the world...like seeds on the wind." We received circulars from a shawl ministry just in the nick of time since blankets are "in" right now. So all that is sent is used and appreciated by the women in the program. Thank you!
