We are all knitting at Interim House, steadily, beautifully, creatively BUT I am so behind in blogging about it. Here are some, not all, photos taken over the past weeks. Thank you to all who have been in touch with us.

Dec.4 & Dec.11, 2009

Thanks to everyone who has written, sent supplies, sent good wishes. Knitting is still going strong at IHI. Two holidays fell on our knitting day so although the ladies knitted through December, we didn't have the formal group on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Our ladies were able to knit holiday gifts for their families and they also enjoyed teaching family members how to knit. Here are some photos:

Jamar, one of our volunteers, knitted her sweater.

look at our little knitting therapy dog! Alison, our volunteer, brings him sometimes.
Next to her one of our interns is learning how to knit!

look at her einstein jacket above and she finished the layered scarf. this is our socklady taking a break from sock knitting.

here is zelphia our volunteer showing us a beautiful shawl.
