June 5, 2007 --------- PART ONE

ABBY - IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE YOU VISIT US!!!!!!!!!! WE MISS YOU!!!!!!
Zelphia is working on socks!
Here is Megan, one of our volunteers who comes every week to help teach our new knitters!
The blankets using a different yarn each row are a big hit.
She just learned to crochet.
Another blanket.
Our client designed this little purse to match a shawl.
We have had lots of shawls as you can see!

A new knitter! Yeaaaa! She didn't think she could do it.
the beginning of a blanket.

this will be a felted handbag. We can't wait to see it. it is really large unfelted.
this shawl was made with odds and ends of washcloth yarn (sugar & cream)

A knitting teacher donated a little black bag she knitted and that had beads. I have it hanging outside my office and one of the clients decided to copy it. This was made for her daughter.

Here is a felted bag.

Lucia and Abby working together.
Katie is busily working on her blanket! It is almost done.
Here is Megan and Amy. Good luck Amy as you move to Chicago!
I finished my blanket and Toby found a place to sit, right on top of the tissue paper in the box!

I am very slow getting the blog going due to technical difficulties. Part Two in progress.
