The word of the day: PatienceLeslie our volunteer chose the word Patience today. This was for all of our new knitters who get frustrated with beginning projects and learning how to knit. Sometimes it feels as you you will never get it! or have straight edges, and no holes! But finally with patience and persistence, it happens! The bathing suit cover up was made by one of our residential clients who will be discharged this week. She has been knitting for six months now and has completed many many beautiful projects. She has also taught her teenage daughter to knit as well.
