Here are our latest photos. We have received wonderful packages. Everyone who comes in to our program learns to knit by beginning with a cotton washcloth and we received a wonderful package of cotton yarns from someone who couldn't knit anymore and wanted to pass it on. It will be perfect for those washcloths. We also received circulars, needles, and wool and our ladies are busy knitting handbags. The notes we receive are very special as people tell our ladies their stories and how they overcame adversities in their lives and how knitting helped them as well. Our ladies always say that knitting has become their coping skill and it helps our community here at IHI in many ways. New knitters are helped by their more senior knitters and there is always yarn to combine and projects to talk about. So thanks to all of you who look at our blog, and who send us wishes and good thoughts. We appreciate it!!!!!!
